Many of us spend our days supporting children
through growth and change.
What often gets overlooked is that growth asks
something of the adults, too.
Whether you're navigating puberty, a challenging school year, a new diagnosis,
a changing family dynamic, or simply the feeling that something important is shifting...
you don't have to carry those questions by yourself.
Grace & Growth Network exists because growth asks something of adults, too.
We help parents, educators, and other caring adults
find their footing, stay connected, and respond with greater clarity
as they navigate seasons of change.
Growth rarely arrives with a clear roadmap.
At Grace & Growth Network, we believe growth becomes easier to navigate when we learn four ways of paying attention.
Notice what is happening.
Before we can respond well, we need to become aware of what is happening within us, around us, and between us.
Choose how to respond.
Growth often presents more than one possible path forward.
Understand what matters.
Not every challenge requires the same response. Recognition helps us make sense of what we're seeing and experiencing.
Strengthen what matters most.
The goal isn't simply solving a problem. It's strengthening relationships.
Supporting children through growth and change can feel both beautiful and overwhelming.
Supporting students through growth and change can be both meaningful and demanding.
For more than 25 years, I've worked alongside children, parents, and educators as a teacher, mentor, leader, and paraprofessional.
Across classrooms, schools, and families, I kept noticing the same thing:
Growth wasn't only asking something of children. It was asking something of the adults, too.
Whether I was working with parents, educators, or families, I kept seeing the same need.
People weren't looking for more information.
They needed space to notice what was happening, understand what mattered, make thoughtful choices, and stay connected to the people they cared about.
That's what eventually became Grace & Growth Network.
Today, through Grace & Growth Network, I help parents, educators, and other caring adults navigate growth with greater awareness, recognition, choice, and relationship.
